Wednesday 10th February 2010 The item of relevance in this match is Andrew Pisani’s injury when he smashed into the bastion wall near one of the side lines of the pitch. This was a very nasty sight to see. Andrew had a terrible hit. We were all concerned that he could have serious injuries to his head, neck and spine luckily to date this does not seem to be the case. We wish Andrew a full and speedy recovery. Purely for the sake of the record. This was mainly a one sided match as is indicated by the score line. The scorers were Leo (1) and Degiorgio (3). Half-time 3-0. The Attard goal came from a penalty when our last line delayed in clearing the ball within the penalty box. This match closes our First Round matches.
